Coaches
Notification hasbeen received from Glen Bowman, the SW Qld Regional Development Officer that hecan provide the following courses forthe Stanthorpe area this year.
Clubs are reminded that Football Australia has mandated that all appointed coaches for A Grade, Ladies, Colts and Junior teams musthold a current coaching qualification.
Costs of courses: TheGrass Roots level is free.
The JuniorLicense courses costs $125.
The YouthLicense course costs $165.
For thisdistrict the following are scheduled:
GRASS ROOTS level - Recommended as minimum requirement for all junior ‘leaders’ and coaches.
Duration - Three and a half hours.
Date - Evening of Friday 27 March, 2009.
JUNIOR LICENCE - Recommended as the minimum requirement for all coaches of Colts, Ladies
and A Grade teams.
Duration - Sixteen hours over two days.
Date - Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 March, 2009.
YOUTH LICENCE - Recommended as the minimum requirement for all A Grade teams.
Duration - Twenty-four hours -two full daysand two evening sessions prior to dates
below.
Date - Sunday 17 May and Sunday 24 May, 2009.
YourClub needs to provide particulars of the people interested in participating in these courses by the endof February, 2009. A table is attached which will make this process easier foryou. Please return this information to Morwenna Arcidiacono at your earliest convenience.
